Updated over a week ago

Security of your assets is our utmost priority. As a proactive precaution to the widening scrutiny on digital assets, we're stopping support for deposits and new allocations in certain jurisdictions.

If you’ve received this information from us, it means that your jurisdiction is affected by this. If this is the case for you, please see the FAQs below:

What does this mean for me?

If you haven’t received this information from us, then this does not affect you. If you did, then this is the main pieces of information:

  • We are stopping deposits and new allocations (including crypto and fiat purchases) for certain jurisdictions, including yours, starting 28th of June.

Can I still use your products / services?

If you have existing assets on our platform, you can continue generating interest yield on them, which includes Staking, YieldVault, and Liquidity Mining, but you can not deposit or allocate new funds. Your assets are safe, and you can always check our Proof of Reserves to verify the existence of your funds.

Can I still withdraw my crypto after 28th of June?

Yes, only deposits are halted for certain jurisdictions from 28th of June. Withdrawals are not affected and you may withdraw your coins at any time.

Is this a temporary or a permanent change?

Unfortunately, at the current moment we are unable to answer this. We are observing the situation and if there are any changes or updates, we will let you know as soon as possible.
