This guide shows instructions for the mobile app for Singaporean users, by retrieving Myinfo with Singpass. For non-Singapore users, please check this article.

Let's get started!

STEP 1 - Confirm email address
Please confirm your email address by entering the 6-digit code sent to your email. If you did not receive an email, please check our troubleshooting guide here.

STEP 2 - Confirm your phone number

Once you have registered and confirmed your email, please proceed to register your phone number. You will receive an SMS with a 6-digit code. Please input this code to verify your phone number. During this step, if you did not receive any SMS, you will also be given the option to receive a call instead.

STEP 3 - Verify your account

After you confirm your phone number, you will proceed to the next page, where you will be given two options, retrieve Myinfo with Singpass or verify manually. If you choose the manual option, please see this article for further instructions. If you have Myinfo via Singpass, you may continue with that option.

STEP 4 - Verification status

After you submit your KYC using Singpass, you will see that the status will be “In Review”. Please wait until your documents have been reviewed.
