What is the Airdrop for all ELITE members?
All users who sign up or are ELITE users between May 21, 2024, and May 31, 2024, will be eligible for an airdrop of 15,000 JAV tokens.
Rules
Be an ELITE member during the eligibility period.
15,000 JAV tokens distributed equally (credited after May 31, 2024).
There is a higher token allocation for ELITE yearly members.
2 - JAV BOOSTER BONUS for ELITEs
What is the JAV Booster Bonus for ELITE members?
ELITE users who purchase at least 1,000 JAV tokens during the campaign period on Bake and hold them for 6 months will be eligible for a token distribution of 150,000 JAV tokens.
Rules
The campaign period is from May 21, 2024, to May 31, 2024.Users will earn tickets based on their JAV token purchases: 1 ticket for every 1,000 JAV purchased, with an additional ticket for every additional 500 JAV purchased.
The 150,000 JAV tokens will be distributed among eligible users based on the number of tickets they have.
JAV Booster Bonus is not eligible for users in SG
Terms and Conditions for JAV ELITE Promotion (“T&Cs”)
1. Participation in the JAV ELITE Promotion (the “Promotion”) is subject to these T&Cs. Entry into this Promotion shall be deemed as acceptance of these T&Cs, including any amendments, additions, replacements, variations and modifications thereto. By entering the Promotion, participants agree to be bound by and to comply with the T&Cs. Non-compliance with or breach of any of these T&Cs may disqualify a participant at any stage of the Promotion, and any prizes won may be forfeited, withheld, withdrawn or reclaimed.
2. In the event of any inconsistency between these T&Cs and the terms of any marketing or promotional material relating to the Promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
3. Promotion Period: This Promotion will run from 21 May 2024, 1600 hours to 31 May 2024, 1600 hours (both dates inclusive, Singapore time).
4. Eligibility of participants
a) You must have successfully completed Bake’s know-your-customer (“KYC”) onboarding process before participating in this Promotion (minimum KYC Level 1).
b) You must be an ELITE member during the Promotion Period. This Promotion is not available to users who are not ELITE members.
c) Please note the list of excluded jurisdictions at the link here. Residents of these jurisdictions are excluded from Bake’s services. This includes participation in the affiliate program.
d) The following jurisdiction is also excluded from participating in the Campaign: Singapore.
5. Mechanics
A) Airdrop
a) The prize pool for the airdrop is 15,000 JAV tokens.
b) The prize pool will be divided amongst all users who register and pay for ELITE membership during the Promotion Period in accordance with their ELITE membership tiers. The following ratio (the “Token Allocation”) shall apply: -

If there are 200 ELITE monthly members and 100 ELITE yearly members during the Promotion Period, then each ELITE monthly member will receive 15,000 JAV/[200+(100x2)] = 37.5 JAV tokens, and each ELITE yearly member will receive 15,000 JAV/[200+(100x2)]*2 = 75 JAV tokens.
c) The Token Allocation applicable to you will be assessed based on your ELITE status at the end of the Promotion Period, 31 May 2024, 1600 hours (Singapore time).
d) On 31 May 2024, after verification has been obtained and conducted to Bake’s satisfaction, you will receive the JAV airdrop in your Bake wallet in accordance with the Token Allocation.
B) JAV Booster Bonus
a) The prize pool for the JAV Booster Bonus is 150,000 JAV tokens.
i. Users will receive tickets in accordance with the amount of JAV tokens that they purchase during the Promotion Period, provided that they hold their purchased tokens for a period of six (6) months subsequent to the purchase, (as illustrated in 5(B)(b) below): -
1. For the first 1,000 JAV tokens that they purchase, they will receive one (1) ticket.
2. Subsequently, for every additional 500 JAV tokens that they purchase, they will receive one (1) ticket.

We will look at your purchased JAV tokens cumulatively in determining the number of tickets that you will receive - i.e. if you purchase 300 JAV tokens on 21 May 2024, and another 700 on 24 May 2024, we will assess your total purchased JAV tokens to be 1,000 as of 24 May 2024.
ii. For the avoidance of doubt, the term “month” in this section 5(B) means the period from a date in one calendar month to the preceding date in the next calendar month. The dates are calculated in accordance with Singapore time.
b) You must hold your purchased JAV tokens in your Bake account for a period of six (6) months subsequent to the purchase, in order to receive tickets for the purchase. We will assess the total amount of JAV in your Bake account after six (6) months to determine the amount of tickets that you will receive.
Illustration: -
If you purchase 1,500 JAV tokens on 21 May 2024, and sell 1,000 JAV tokens before 21 November 2024, you will not receive any tickets, as the total amount of purchased JAV remaining in your Bake account will be 500 JAV tokens.
If you purchase 2,500 JAV tokens on 21 May 2024, and sell 1000 JAV tokens before 21 November 2024, you will receive a total of two (2) tickets, as the total amount of purchased JAV remaining in your Bake account will be 1,500 JAV tokens.
c) By 31 December 2024, after verification has been obtained and conducted to Bake’s satisfaction, you will receive the JAV airdrop in your Bake wallet in accordance with the number of tickets that you have received.
d) For the avoidance of doubt, JAV tokens that are not purchased via your Bake account (e.g. acquired via airdrop or deposited into your Bake account from external sources) will not contribute to the total amount of tickets that you receive.
6. You hereby acknowledge that you are aware that the ELITE membership will automatically renew on a regular basis at the then-applicable ELITE Membership rate, until you cancel your membership. Our Payment Processor may but is not obliged to notify you seven (7) calendar days before the renewal fee is billed. Your attention is hereby drawn to our Terms and Conditions, which specify the terms governing the ELITE membership.
7. You also acknowledge that you may, as a result of your ELITE membership, receive early-access to Bake products and services, among other ELITE membership benefits. You must take note that in the event that you choose not to renew your ELITE membership, you will lose your early-access privileges and any ongoing ELITE membership benefits. 8. Bake’s decision on all matters regarding the Promotion is final, conclusive and binding, and no enquiries or appeals, either verbal or written, shall be entertained. All participants shall accept and abide by any and all decisions made by Bake concerning, without limitation, these T&Cs, the rules, procedures and regulations of the Promotion, the award of the Promotion benefit and any other matters relating to the Promotion.
9. The Promotion benefit is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. Bake accepts no responsibility for any tax or other liability that may arise from the Promotion benefit. The Promotion benefit is subject to availability, and will not be replaced if lost, damaged, or stolen after receipt by the successful Participants.
10. Bake may amend these T&Cs at any time at our sole and absolute discretion, without notice to you or providing any reason thereof. The right to amend terms and conditions includes, without limitation: -
Changing, removing, or replacing the Promotion benefit;
Suspend, withdraw, or terminate the Promotion;
changing the eligibility of participants, the basis and methods of identification of any winner(s) and any dates in connection with the Promotion, the Promotion Period, and the deadline(s);
or any other changes in order to protect the interests of the Cake Group; and
or under circumstances of abuse.
11. Bake shall not, to the extent permitted by law, be liable for any claims, costs, expenses, loss or damage suffered by any person as a result of the aforementioned changes.
12. Each successful participant consents to Bake disclosing and/or publishing his/her name, particulars and/or photographs for publicity purposes. Each successful participant agrees to cooperate with and participate in any advertising or publicity activities conducted by Bake relating to the Promotion.
13. By participating in the Promotion, participants are deemed to have agreed with Bake’s Privacy Policy with regards to the collection, processing, use, disclosure of any personal data which it may obtain during this Promotion.
