Accounts that haven't been logged into for an extended period on Bake are considered inactive.

Log into your Bake account before August 1, 2024, at 23:59 CET.

What happens if my account becomes dormant?

Accounts that are marked as dormant after August 1 will incur a monthly administrative fee.

How much is the administrative fee?

The fee is US$15 or 0.03% of your account balance, whichever is higher.

Can I still access my funds if my account becomes dormant?

Yes, you can still access your funds, but administrative fees will be deducted.

How long will the administrative fee be charged?

Until you log back into your account or your balance reaches zero.

Will my dormant account be deleted?

No, we do not delete accounts. They will remain dormant until reactivated.

How do I reactivate a dormant account?

Simply log into your account to reactivate it.

What if I have funds in Fixed-Term Freezer?

The monthly administrative fee will be deducted from your Freezer account as well.
