How does the fee reimbursement work?
We track all eligible fees you incur during your subscription month. At the end of the month, we reimburse you up to $100 in DFI cryptocurrency based on your total fees.
What happens if my fees are less than $100 for the month?
If your total eligible fees are less than $100, you'll be reimbursed the exact amount of fees you incurred. For example, if your total eligible fees for the month are $75, you'll receive a $75 reimbursement in DFI.
What fees are eligible for reimbursement?
Swapping single assets
Buying and selling single assets (both fiat and crypto)
Transactions involving smart bundles and custom bundles
Recurring buys
Withdrawal fees and fees for deposits of dCrypto are not eligible.
How do I sign up for Bake Pro?
To sign up for Bake Pro, log in to your Bake account at app.bake.io.
Enter your payment details and confirm your subscription.
Your benefits will activate immediately, reimbursing you for all eligible fees up to $100 each month.
You can cancel anytime through your account settings on the web, with your subscription remaining active until the end of your billing cycle.
Please note that sign-up through the mobile app is not available at this time.
What does the “right of withdrawal” mean when enrolling?
If you are a European Union citizen, the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on Consumer Rights (the “Consumer Rights Directive”) may apply to you. By requesting that we immediately begin to provide you with Bake Pro benefits from the date that you join your Bake Pro plan, we will start performing the contract from your date of joining. Due to the nature of the blockchain and how the Bake Pro benefits are tied to the Digital Tokens that you place in our Services, it is incredibly difficult for us to retrieve the benefits once they are paid out to your account. As such, we require you to acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel your Bake Pro contract by continuing. (This is similar to a situation where purchased digital content such as a movie or television show episode are made available to you during the Consumer Rights Directive’s 14-day cancellation period by way of download or stream.) However, this acknowledgement does not affect your ability to change or cancel your Bake Pro plan at any time. Canceling or changing your Bake Pro plan will take effect once your current plan expires.

What's happening to the ELITE program?
With our new tax-efficient system for Staking reward distribution, the ELITE reward booster is no longer effective. Bake has also expanded our services with the Exchange and Smart Bundles, hence we’re ending ELITE and transitioning to Bake Pro to offer a more direct benefit with the fee reimbursements.
When will the transition from ELITE to Bake Pro happen?
Once Bake Pro launches, ELITE program will sunset for both yearly and monthly members.
To help you transition smoothly, we’re offering a one-month free Bake Pro trial for all ELITE users.
I'm an ELITE member. What happens to my membership?
For monthly members: Your ELITE subscription will continue until the end of your current billing cycle and be canceled automatically after.
For yearly members: Once ELITE is discontinued, your membership will be canceled and we'll be offering prorated refunds for the remaining period of your yearly plan.
Will I lose any benefits by switching from ELITE to Bake Pro?
Switching to Bake Pro actually boosts your benefits. You'll retain early product access, airdrops, priority support, and Telegram community access, while gaining up to $100 in monthly fee reimbursements. It's a win-win!
For yearly members, any unused free withdrawals will be removed once ELITE is discontinued.
Can I keep my ELITE membership instead of switching to Bake Pro?

Why can’t the reward booster continue with the new tax-efficient rewards system for Staking?
Instead of daily reward payouts, your rewards will be represented as shares. These shares increase in value over time, and you'll realize gains when you sell. This doesn't allow for individual reward tracking or boosting, hence there isn't a way to keep the reward booster and still use the new system.
Who is eligible to participate in this service?
Bake Pro is available to all users, except for citizens and residents of certain restricted countries. Please note that this service is not accessible to Singaporean residents.
