Lost access to my 2FA (Two-factor authentication) - Alternative login options
Updated over 10 months ago

Bakers now have the option to choose an alternative security layer, aside from the 2-factor authentication.

Users can opt for SMS as an alternative login method in situations where TOTP (One-Time Password) is not accessible.

For security reasons, this option is only available for users with AUM (Assets Under Management) below $5000. This feature provides an additional layer of convenience without compromising security.

If you have a higher AUM or currently don't have access to your phone, kindly refer to this article.
