Important: After deactivating the 2FA, you will not be able to withdraw for 48h, for security reasons.


Please note: Users with AUM (Assets Under Management) below $5000 may optionally remove their 2FA following these instructions.

To disable your 2FA, please contact our support channel. We will provide you with all the necessary details.

Users with AUM (Assets Under Management) below $5000 have the option to login using different methods. Please check here for more details.

2FA requests may take up to 48 hours to process. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
